Systems Administrator I
AgReserves, Inc. is seeking a self-driven, collaborative Systems Administrator to provide world-class technical support and ensure reliable systems performance across the organization. The role involves resolving technical issues, supporting user accounts, and maintaining system health while delivering high-quality service to end users.
Farming
Responsibilities
Resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets and escalate non-routine issues according to SOPs
Provision user accounts, groups, and permissions
Perform IT onboarding to ensure new employees receive a consistent and secure setup experience
Image and configure desktops/laptops; troubleshoot printers and basic network issues
Configure smart devices according to established standards
Perform routine backup checks, patch baselines, and system health verifications
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration
Familiarity with systems or processes such as O365, Windows OS, IT asset management, endpoint management, mobile device management, onboarding workflows, and inventory management
High school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical degree preferred (Information Systems, IT, Computer Science)
Relevant certifications or active pursuit of continued IT education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to varied audiences
Skilled in troubleshooting, follow-through, research/analysis, and customer service
Able to work overtime or after hours as needed and travel to various office locations
Follow SOPs and escalate issues appropriately
Preferred
Advanced technical degree preferred (Information Systems, IT, Computer Science)
