Program Management - Engineering Intern

Aptiv is looking for a motivated intern to join their Silicon Valley Program Management team. The intern will assist program managers with administrative, technical, and financial aspects of projects, while also supporting program execution and managing deviations to plans.

Responsibilities

Assist Program Managers in developing project plans in accordance to customer and Aptiv requirements
Collect, analyze data to identify risks and opportunities. Prepare the information in a clear and concise manner to drive action
Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, reports and communicate with stakeholders
Support program execution and manage deviations to plan, define tasks and action plans to close gaps and control execution and effectiveness of these plans

Required

Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Excellent written and verbal communication
Willingness to learn and go the extra mile!
Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree
Extracurricular leadership position (e.g. university clubs, etc.)
