Responsibilities
Generate, review, and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual agreements, and regulatory requirements
Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer billing issues
Maintain and update customer billing accounts and records
Prepare and distribute billing drafts for management review
Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Collections, Contracting/Budgeting, and Customer Service to resolve billing concerns
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
1 - 3 years of Corporate Collections experience with similar customer portfolios
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both internal and external to the organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel (preferably Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
Superior organizational and prioritization skills with an ability to successfully balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of Billing, Collections, and Accounts Receivable
Commitment to excellent customer service
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented
Preferred
Experience with Workday is a plus
