Responsibilities
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the front desk by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and access control requirements
Monitor the lobby and entry points from a stationary post, checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs as required by location policy
Answer phones, route calls, provide directions, and coordinate with property management and/or building engineers for tenant requests and after-hours access needs
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting on-site personnel and/or emergency responders when appropriate
Complete daily activity reports and other required documentation, communicate key information during shift transitions, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent presence and observation
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Preferred
CPR Certification is preferred and may be completed post hire
Customer Service Experience is preferred
