Responsibilities

Conduct routine maintenance, diagnosis, and repairs on customer workstations and laptops, ensuring adherence to manufacturer standards and best practices

Facilitate on-site support services for customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues and demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction

Strive to meet and exceed service level agreements established between the customers, partners and VLCM, fostering strong professional relationships and reinforcing the company's commitment to excellence

Display flexibility and adaptability by undertaking additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team and the organization

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or technical degrees are preferred

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to travel for on-site support as required, with a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, strongly committed to achieving team goals and targets
