Purchasing Card Administrator
Brazos River Authority is dedicated to managing and protecting the water resources of the Brazos River Basin. The Purchasing Card Administrator will oversee the purchasing card program, ensure compliance, and support accounting activities by training staff, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities
Administer the purchasing card program and provide support for other accounting activities
Train staff on the acceptable practices for using a purchase card
Oversee purchase card activity
Analyze and reconcile accounts
Prepare and process related information
Serve as back up for the Accounts Payable Clerk
Maintain financial records
Perform purchasing card audits
Ensure that all employees are compliant with the Purchasing Card Procedure
Assist co-workers with projects and/or tasks to ensure goals and deadlines are met
Perform related administrative functions
Any other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years' experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
High School Diploma - Awarded for the completion of High School
