Responsibilities
Serve as the front desk and first point of contact for guests, visitors, and vendors
Support day-to-day office administration and overall office operations
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Process invoices, purchase orders, and expenses using Yardi and Concur
Order and maintain office supplies, snacks, and kitchen inventory
Coordinate office lunches, employee events, and culture initiatives
Liaise with vendors, building management, and property/security teams
Maintain organized records, trackers, and office documentation
Provide backup administrative support to executive and admin staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an office administrator, office coordinator, or similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Preferred
Real estate or property management experience is a plus, not required
Experience with Yardi and/or Concur is a plus
Degree a plus but not required
