The NetSuite Consultant will design and implement Zone Billing and Advanced Revenue Management processes, working closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Responsibilities
Participate in the detailed design phase of the NetSuite and Zone Billing integration project
Configure and support Zone Billing for recurring and usage-based subscriptions
Design and validate Revenue Arrangements and Revenue Elements derived from Sales Orders
Implement and troubleshoot Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), including revenue recognition rules, schedules, and templates
Support Sales Order and Invoice flows triggered from Salesforce CPQ via Zone Billing
Ensure quote-to-cash alignment between Salesforce, Zone, and NetSuite systems
Work with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and compliance with ASC 606
Participate in sprint demos, reviews, and design decision documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams during reconciliation, testing, and data migration phases
Provide input into the global design template and ensure consistent implementation across subsidiaries
Qualification
Required
Zone Advanced Billing Certified Professional - Must
5–10 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation and enhancement experience
Proven experience with Zone Advanced Billing (Z-Billing / Zoned Billing) for subscription and telecom models
Strong knowledge of NetSuite ARM (Advanced Revenue Management) and Revenue Recognition processes
Solid understanding of Sales Order workflows and integration with Salesforce CPQ
Experience configuring Revenue Arrangements, Revenue Elements, and Revenue Rules
Familiarity with digital transformation and brownfield implementation projects
Experience in agile delivery, sprint planning, and working with finance teams during demos and validation cycles
Ability to analyze current architecture, identify gaps, and design scalable NetSuite-based solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Experience in multi-subsidiary global rollouts
Prior consulting experience with reputed (big 4) management consulting firms
Familiarity with bank integration and cash application processes in NetSuite
Exposure to SaaS, subscription, or telecom billing environments
