Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing charity events and fundraising initiatives
Support event logistics, including setup, registration, volunteer coordination, and breakdown
Engage with donors, sponsors, and participants to provide a positive event experience
Help create, edit, and distribute event communications and promotional materials
Track and report on event performance, attendance, and fundraising outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to align events with organizational goals
Participate in post-event evaluations and contribute ideas for future improvements
