Set the enterprise technology vision for Chimes
Modernize systems, strengthen cybersecurity, integrate new affiliates, and apply AI and automation
Partner closely with senior leaders across the organization to translate strategy into scalable, secure, and innovative solutions
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading enterprise IT functions
Experience partnering closely with executive teams
Experience guiding organizations through modernization, growth, or integration
Experience in complex, multi-site environments (healthcare, human services, nonprofit, or similar)
Curiosity about how AI and automation can be used responsibly to make work better
