InternWonderful Citrus is America’s largest integrated grower, shipper and packer of fresh citrus. They are seeking a motivated college student for a Summer Internship within their EHS Training Department, providing hands-on experience in supporting EHS training programs and process improvement.

Responsibilities
Assist with building, improving, and maintaining internal systems and automated tools
Support data tracking, reporting, and dashboard development using Excel and Power BI
Assist with basic Power Apps development or workflow enhancements
Help streamline training processes through documentation, automation, and improved data organization
Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
Review, update, and format EHS training materials, presentations, manuals, and job aids
Support video editing, graphics, and visual enhancements using Adobe tools
Assist with organizing and maintaining training records and documentation
Support updates to training programs to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
Help track training completion and support scheduling and communication efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety, or a related field
Alternative consideration: Coursework or background in EHS, safety, or training development
Must be at least 18 years of age
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
Preferred
Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, or similar tools
