Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information to customers for issuing warranty claim orders, order status, and product knowledge requests in Spanish and English
Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures
Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
Execute customer service strategy developed by Customer Service leadership to meet customer expectations and department metrics and goals
Qualification
Required
Fluency in Spanish is required for this position
Ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish at professional and fluent working proficiency
Possess a high attention to detail
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong time management and organization skills
Ability to analyze and problem solve
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to adapt and work with advancing and changing technology
Understanding of customer service, product warranty claims, seasonal business nature, knowledge of outdoor summer product lines
Ability to work as a team
Basic computer skills
Customer service experience with independent sales force
Preferred
1 year of customer service experience in a call center preferred
