Responsibilities
Perform frozen temperature and line metal detector checks
Perform bag x-ray/bag metal detector/ box x-ray/box metal detector checks
Bone Checks
Verify slicer blade conditions
Complete product quality checks on finished product (sieve testing, box counts, dimensions, etc.)
Ensure proper date code information are on bags
Maintain clean and safe work environment
Complete required paperwork
Complete data entry in the Infinity system
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Well motivated person
Work well with little supervision
Work and communicate well with fellow employees
Quality conscious
Basic knowledge of Food Safety and hygiene
Must be able to multi-task
Stay organized
Think on their feet
Must meet the physical abilities evaluation requirements for this position
Must successfully complete all required training including Lock Out/Tag Out and Math Test
A high school diploma is required for these positions
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required
