Sap Technical Delivery Manager – Retail and Wholesale Supply Chain
Excelligent Group is seeking a S/4 Technical Delivery Manager to oversee the technical delivery process of Cole Haan’s S/4 HANA project. The role involves managing project planning, risk mitigation, and communication while ensuring that solutions are developed on time and within budget, with a focus on supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire technical delivery process of Cole Haan’s S/4 HANA project
Ensuring that software or solutions are developed and delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Collaborating with development teams, stakeholders, and other technical departments
Utilizing agile methodologies to manage project planning, risk mitigation, and communication across all levels to achieve successful project outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master's degree is a plus
7+ years of experience managing technical delivery in large-scale enterprise programs, ideally in retail or supply chain environments
Strong understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, and order fulfillment
Proven experience in with SAP S/4 HANA technical delivery (on-premise or cloud), including integration with WMS, EDI, and external platforms
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure
Preferred
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe)
Experience with SAP S4 HANA migration
Familiarity with Warehouse Operations, EDI standards, and Supply chain integrations
Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools
Proven ability to lead technical teams through complex cutovers and post go-live support phases
