This 100% remote consulting role involves supporting the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering critical Citrix infrastructure support.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot complex systems in critical environments
Identify root causes and implement action plans
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Work independently with minimal supervision
Support EST working hours regardless of time zone
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical experience in Citrix administration, including XenServer in a production environment
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows Infrastructure technologies such as: Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, ADFS, WSUS
5+ years of hands-on experience with design and architecture of IT systems
5+ years of providing Tier 1 – Tier 4 support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using structured methodologies
Familiarity with Citrix command-line tools and the ability to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Preferred
Experience monitoring VDI platforms with tools such as: Netscaler, ControlUP
Citrix Administration Certification
