Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections of materials, processes, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards
Monitor production processes to identify and address deviations or non-conformities
Perform and analyze quality testing, including EL, IV, and appearance tests for photovoltaic modules
Investigate customer complaints and coordinate with relevant teams to determine root causes and corrective actions
Track and report on the implementation of improvement measures to prevent reoccurrence
Assist with internal and external quality audits, including ISO9001 and customer-specific certifications
Ensure all processes meet the required standards and prepare for customer factory inspections
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement projects
Maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports, audit findings, and corrective action plans
Update and revise quality documentation as needed to reflect process or product changes
Provide quality training for production teams to improve awareness and adherence to quality standards
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to enhance quality systems

Qualification

Required

Diploma or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in solar or electronics manufacturing or related field
Proficiency in quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and MSA
Familiarity with ISO9001 and photovoltaic manufacturing standards
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MES software
Proficiency in English required; Mandarin/Chinese is a plus
