Financial Manager
Integrated Finance & Accounting Solutions (IFAS) is seeking a Financial Manager to lead program and task order management within the Department of Defense. The role involves overseeing budgeting, execution activities, and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements while interfacing with DISA leadership.

Responsibilities
Program Manager performing overall program and task order leadership, management, and administration of all contract PWS tasks
Manages and responsible for cost, schedule, quality, and staff to ensure all PWS requirements are met
Oversees budgeting and execution activities, aligns resources, and serves as primary interface with DISA leadership
Directs planning, reporting, quality control, and risk management for all task areas
Qualification
Required
Baccalaureate degree in a financial field
Twelve or more years in DoW Financial Management related work with an emphasis on task order management, all aspects of DoW PPBE to include both General Funds and Defense Working Capital Funds, and cost estimation
Interim Secret Security clearance or qualify for a security clearance
Preferred
DoW Financial Management Level 3 certification or the Society for Defense Financial Management (SDFM) Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) certification
Experience with DoW policies, regulations and procedures is highly desirable. Non-DoW experience may be substituted if equivalent
