Responsibilities

Lead and manage engineering-related cost savings initiatives in alignment with customer agreements
Support revenue growth through new product and process introductions that meet corporate goals for inventory turns and operating income
Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers
Train internal stakeholders on new products and processes
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (3.0 or higher on annual customer surveys)
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while upholding Endries International’s ethical standards
Stay current on industry trends and technical knowledge through ongoing professional development

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience

Computer proficiency
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements
