Responsibilities
Assist with a variety of field assignments including, groundwater sampling, soil sampling and system Operation and Maintenance (O&M)
Assist in field oversight of subcontractors once trained
Assist in preparation of technical reports and assist in site evaluation data to progress projects toward regulatory closure
Establish strong, productive internal collaborative relationships with senior-level staff
Participate in Kleinfelder’s safety culture
Qualification
Required
Current College or Graduate Student pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geological Engineering
Ability to work on various tasks depending on skill sets (Groundwater sampling, soil sampling, project recovery, remedial system O&M, construction management, design, various remedial actions, ecological evaluations, data evaluation, and report writing)
Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical judgement and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently or within a team setting
