They are seeking a Clinical Program Manager to manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program, develop and evaluate program services, and oversee staff training and development.

Responsibilities
Manage activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical program
Develop, implement and evaluate program services and initiatives
Hire, train, develop and evaluate staff
Assign tasks and prioritize and coordinate work
Collaborate with others to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures
Monitor and adhere to budget
Approve or monitor expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse preferred, 5 years' experience in ambulatory nursing; driver's license required (position requires travel throughout state - mileage reimbursed)
Preferred
RN or LPN highly preferred
Clinic experience preferred
Experience with teaching and instruction as well as leadership and mentorship are highly preferred
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
