Responsibilities
Develop and execute graphic design solutions aligned with brand standards and business objectives
Produce print and digital assets, including marketing materials, presentations, advertising, social media content, and branded collateral
Apply strong graphic arts principles, including composition, color theory, typography, and layout
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative briefs into effective visual solutions
Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all design deliverables
Utilize emerging technologies, including AI-based creative tools, to enhance efficiency and ideation where appropriate
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Strong understanding of branding, visual systems, typography, layout, and print/digital production
Experience creating a range of design deliverables across print and digital platforms
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Willingness to adapt to new tools, technologies, and creative approaches
Preferred
Experience with motion graphics is a plus
Exposure to or experience with AI-driven creative tools and workflows
