This role focuses on supporting live marketing campaigns, building customer relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in event marketing and brand promotions.

Responsibilities

Support the execution and growth of assigned marketing and promotional campaigns
Assist with customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty initiatives
Professionally manage customer interactions and address external client needs
Drive sales through in-store retail promotions and live marketing events
Build brand recognition through local events and experiential marketing strategies
Communicate directly with customers to promote products and services
Develop leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills through hands-on experience
Problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
