Warehouse Manager

Facilities Support Services
Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper system controls
Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to drive efficiency, consistency, and safety
Oversee warehouse staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
Monitor labor productivity and implement process improvements to meet operational KPI's
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with internal teams and transportation partners
Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment
Identify and resolve operational issues impacting service levels, costs, or safety
Partner with the Director of Operations to support capacity planning, budget adherence, and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment, tools, and technology
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, or in a substantially comparable operational leadership role
Demonstrated proficiency in supervising, directing, and evaluating hourly personnel within a high-volume, fast-paced operational environment
Comprehensive knowledge of inventory control principles, warehouse operational workflows, occupational safety practices, and applicable regulatory standards
Prior experience utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related operational reporting or data-tracking tools
Ability to interpret operational data, identify performance trends, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance
Strong written and verbal communication skills sufficient to prepare documentation, convey directives, and collaborate across functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word
Experience stocking, scanning, shipping and receiving in a warehouse environment
Experience with operating forklifts and hand/pallet jacks. OSHA Forklift Operating Certification is a plus
Able to work without supervision. Occasionally, will work in a team environment
Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with diverse needs and across remote offices
Ability to work overtime
High School Diploma or GED is required
The selected candidate will be required to pass a criminal history background check
