Responsibilities
Assess roles and build recruiting strategies: Translate business needs into well-defined roles and create clear, targeted recruiting game plans for each search
Lead recruiting and assessment excellence: Personally guide high-impact searches while embedding structured, rigorous assessment practices
Strengthen systems and processes: Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting systems, tools, and end-to-end processes
Influence in a peer leadership model: Collaborate closely with the TA team in a shared-ownership environment, aligning on standards, priorities, and outcomes
Coach and develop talent teams: Lead and mentor recruiters and talent partners, setting a high bar for judgment, execution, and professionalism
Communicate with impact: Craft compelling elevator pitches, job profiles, and job ads that clearly articulate role value and attract high-quality candidates
Qualification
Required
Proven recruiting background: Strong foundation as a hands-on recruiter, including senior-level, leadership, and hard-to-fill roles for the IPP market
Assessment expertise: Demonstrated experience applying structured interviews, competency frameworks, and other assessment methodologies
Executive presence: Confidence and credibility to influence senior leaders through insight, clarity, and sound judgment
Exceptional written communication: Ability to translate complex roles into clear, persuasive narratives for candidates and stakeholders
Pragmatic, business-minded approach: Balances rigor, speed, and candidate experience
People leadership experience: Track record of developing high-performing recruiting teams
