Corporate Paralegal
George E. Booth Co. is a major distributor of process instrumentation products and valves, and related services. They are seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support their in-house Legal Department, focusing on contract review, compliance tracking, legal research, and corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities
Review, draft, and organize various business contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, purchase agreements, and service agreements)
Support the lifecycle of contracts, including renewals, notices, and recordkeeping
Assist with legal research, summarizing findings, and drafting internal memoranda
Prepare and maintain corporate documentation, filings, and compliance reports
Provide general legal support for employment-related documentation and policy updates
Help coordinate with Human Resources, management, and outside counsel when needed
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all legal, corporate, and employee records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, business, or a related field
1-4 years of paralegal experience, ideally in a corporate or in-house setting
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
Preferred
Paralegal Certification (or working toward one)
Experience supporting contract management or compliance in a corporate or manufacturing environment
