GoFasti is a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from LatAm with top companies globally. They are seeking an English-fluent Business Development Representative to drive new business development and manage client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities
Drive new business development through outbound and relationship-led sales efforts
Own and manage early-to-mid funnel activities, including prospecting, discovery, and qualification
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
Lead high-quality discovery conversations focused on understanding client needs and use cases
Collaborate closely with leadership to refine positioning, ICPs, and sales strategy
Support deal progression through follow-ups, solution alignment, and handoff as needed
Maintain organized pipeline tracking and clear communication on deal status
Act as a professional brand ambassador for the company in all external interactions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development
Proven background in relationship-based selling
Prior experience working with startups or early-stage companies
Strong discovery skills with a consultative, client-first approach
Confident, polished communicator with executive presence
Self-starter comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity
C2-level English proficiency
Preferred
Experience selling services, SaaS, or complex B2B solutions
Exposure to US or North American markets
Background in partnerships, strategic accounts, or long-cycle sales
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
