Responsibilities
Conduct business primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on client needs
Participate in 5 weeks of hands-on training working directly with a senior agent
Engage in ongoing training multiple times per week, plus on-demand access
Learn how to find opportunities, build relationships, and create repeat business
Utilize leads provided to support development
Thrive in a commission-only, 1099 role
Qualification
Required
An active real estate license in Texas is required
We are open to interviewing candidates who are currently studying to obtain their real estate license
