Review delivery health metrics and prepare updates for leadership forums
Orchestrate business rhythms such as Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews
Engage in reporting enhancements, optimize processes, and handle escalations
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for our organization on a W2 basis
Minimum 8 years of experience with Rhythm of Business support
Proficiency in reviewing data in Excel and PowerBI, preferably with experience working on finances
Strong experience in business management working directly with stakeholders
Preferred
Previous experience in consulting business or professional services
Experience providing support for IT companies and IT functions
Experience as a vendor is a plus, along with great business acumen and communication skills
