Qualification
Required
Associate degree or equivalent work experience in healthcare administration, business, revenue cycle, or a related field
Experience with payer systems, claims processing, and/or revenue cycle operations
Strong understanding of healthcare billing, payer requirements, and compliance processes
High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate effectively with multiple departments
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field
Experience with payer audits, payer relations, or quality/compliance reviews
Familiarity with claims systems, payer portals, and EDI processes (eClaims/ERN)
Experience maintaining fee schedules and payer master files
