Growth Marketing Program Manager

The Growth Marketing Program Manager will design, launch, and scale membership growth programs, focusing on innovative acquisition channels and CRM-enabled sales strategies to enhance the member journey.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end growth programs outside of traditional marketing, with a primary focus on employee activations, membership sales incentive programs, community-based growth channels, B2B partnerships, and other acquisition programs
Lead employee activation strategies that make membership easier to sell through defining requirements for CRM-enabled lead management, real-time agent resources, and sales enablement experiences
Design program strategies and operating models, including clear objectives, success metrics, workflows, and governance to ensure initiatives are scalable and deliver measurable business impact. Move successful initiatives from concept to test to operationalized and repeatable programs
Serve as the primary cross-functional lead for owned programs, partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Analytics, Digital, and Technology teams to drive alignment and execution
Develop enablement materials and playbooks for employees, agents, partners, and external organizations, including scripting, FAQs, training resources, and go-to-market guidance
Partner with CRM, Digital, and Marketing Technology teams to ensure growth programs are supported through Salesforce and related platforms, translating business needs into clear requirements and prioritization
Partner with centralized analytics teams to define and track KPIs, measure effectiveness and ROI, surface insights, and optimize program performance
Identify process gaps and operational friction across owned channels, recommending improvements to systems, workflows, and policies to support growth at scale
Develop a deep understanding of non-members who do business with AAAWA today to design CRM-driven programs that drive membership conversion through defined MQL journeys
Stay current on industry trends, competitive programs, and emerging technologies, applying best practices to evolve employee activation and growth strategies
Communicate performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership, providing clear updates and data-backed proposals
Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals
Incorporates AAA’s vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA’s vision mission and values

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA) in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience
5+ years' experience in growth program or growth marketing role(s)
Proficient in marketing automation technology, such as Salesforce
Ability to use analysis to make data-driven decisions regarding growth of department
Ability to innovate and drive change while pushing for continuous improvement
Ability to become knowledgeable of AAA products, services, and procedures
Ability to adjust style and approach to suit situations that involve rapidly changing tasks, shifting priorities, and simultaneous demands
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, including effective use of listening skills
Ability to make timely and sound decisions and convey the necessary authority and confidence in all interactions
Ability to notice discrepancies and inconsistencies in available information
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
Skills in establishing rapport and gaining the trust of others
Ability to lead others, guiding them toward individual and organizational goals, and able to coach for performance
Competent in Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
