Senior Electrical Engineer
Korry Electronics is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and certify cockpit switches for commercial and military aircraft. This role involves owning complex projects, solving challenging problems, and contributing across the full product lifecycle while mentoring peers.

Responsibilities
Spearhead the development of complex, high-reliability electronic hardware for aerospace and defense applications
Translate high-level requirements into architectural concepts and associated low-level requirements
Document and present your design performance, and acceptance criteria in design reviews
Become a trusted technical expert, solving complex hardware problems through root cause analysis and impact assessment
Mentor and provide guidance to a team of skilled engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Engage in special projects that push the boundaries of airborne electronics
Perform hands-on troubleshooting and design verification of products
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or M.S in Engineering fields or Science
5+ years of experience
Experience with aerospace or other industries with highly regulated development processes
Strong foundation in digital and analog circuit design, analysis, power conversion, and PCB layout
Knowledge of aerospace standards (DO-160, DO-254, MIL-STD-704/461) is a strong plus
An innate ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical problems with a creative and analytical mindset
Proficiency in electronic design and schematic tools (e.g., ePADS, Xpedition, PSpice) and a deep understanding of circuit design and analysis
A solid understanding of EMI mitigation design concepts
Jira & Agile project management methodologies
Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management tool
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
