Responsibilities
Assisting Project Managers, Engineers & Engineering Technician, in all phases of project and routine work including (but not limited to):
Drafting, onsite as-built documentation, design coordination with outside design consultants, field data collection and testing, and recommending corrective actions (including justification)
Comply with all applicable company, state, and Federal legal codes, policies, and regulation
Provide timely, clear, concise communication to management, customers, partners, and team members about work status and impact
Using appropriate communication means and documentation to inform customers, partners, and support groups
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a BS/BA degree from an accredited 4-year university in civil engineering, construction management, or related field (or recent graduate)
Must possess a valid US driver's license
Demonstrated/proven strong leadership, technical and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work effectively with others
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office skills (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Working knowledge of AutoCad, GIS, and other tools of the trade
Availability to work various shifts commensurate with project requirements
Demonstrate the ability to express ideas and information in a clear concise manner, both verbally and in writing
Regular attendance
Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, and other unpleasant outdoor conditions
