Responsibilities
Looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter to source, engage, and support OPT/STEM OPT candidates located in the USA for placement and career opportunities
Ideal candidate will have prior experience in US staffing, international student recruitment, or OPT hiring, with strong communication skills and the ability to conduct outbound calls and candidate follow-ups
Source and engage OPT / STEM OPT candidates in the USA via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in US Staffing / OPT / International Recruitment
Strong understanding of OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, H-1B basics
Source and engage OPT / STEM OPT candidates in the USA via LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and referrals
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to assess candidate interest and eligibility
Screen candidates for skills, experience, visa status, availability, and career goals
Comfortable with cold calling and candidate engagement
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
Maintain and manage candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM tools
Preferred
Familiarity with ATS platforms (JobDiva, CEIPAL, Bullhorn, etc. preferred)
