Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation and processing of weekly and bi-weekly payrolls
Review timekeeping records for accuracy and compliance with company policy
Enter payroll adjustments, deductions, garnishments, and benefit changes
Assist with new hire setup, terminations, and employee data maintenance
Respond to employee payroll questions in a professional and timely manner
Maintain strict confidentiality of payroll and employee information
Work closely with HR, Accounting, and management to resolve discrepancies
Perform other payroll-related administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Prior payroll or accounting experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of payroll systems and timekeeping software
Proficiency with Excel and basic spreadsheet functions
Professional communication skills and strong customer service mindset
Preferred
Paylocity experience
Understanding of payroll laws and regulations
