Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of GTM recruiters, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
Collaborate with GTM leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior leadership to align hiring strategies with organizational priorities globally
Implement and optimize scalable recruiting processes to achieve quarterly and annual hiring targets
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and demonstrate hiring effectiveness
Manage a limited number of high-impact requisitions, focusing on strategic GTM leadership hires
Qualification
Required
8+ years of business recruiting experience with at least 3+ years in a people management role
Proven experience in both startup and large-scale environments
Expertise in global GTM recruiting, with experience across multiple regions
Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics to improve recruiting strategies
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement
