Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews and assessments
Act as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
Send, track, and help review candidate assessments
Maintain accurate pipelines and data in Greenhouse
Support recruiting events, logistics, and interview days
Assist with recruiting materials, presentations, and reporting
Compile and analyze recruiting data using Excel and internal tools
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
Approach all work with a “no task is too small” mindset
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, HR, administrative coordinator, or agency recruiting role
Proven experience with interview scheduling in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional, polished communicator with strong soft skills
Comfortable juggling priorities and working under pressure
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
3.5 GPA minimum
Preferred
Experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred
Prior exposure to professional services, finance, tech, or agency environments a plus
