Responsibilities
Manage all stages of recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer facilitation
Support hiring needs across corporate, professional, light‑industrial, and seasonal/temporary roles
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship management
Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, define requirements, and ensure alignment on candidate profiles
Assist HR with onboarding, employee file management, compliance tasks, and special projects as needed
Utilize ATS and recruitment tools to track candidate activity, maintain data integrity, and support reporting
Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to support hiring strategies, staffing plans, and workforce initiatives
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in‑house preferred)
Experience hiring for a variety of role types, including high‑volume and seasonal positions
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining high accuracy and professionalism
