Responsibilities
Lead and support the design and permitting of civil/site and land development projects
Prepare and review site layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, utilities, and erosion control
Perform stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic analyses
Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies throughout project lifecycles
Develop technical reports, construction documents, and cost estimates
Support project scheduling, budgeting, and internal coordination
Work across commercial, residential, mixed-use, institutional, and infrastructure projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
4+ years of civil/site or land development experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
EIT required; PE preferred or on track
