The Marketing and Public Relations Manager will lead marketing campaigns, manage media outreach, and enhance the organization's online presence to boost sales and visibility of TWRJ's initiatives.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Etsy
Manage and optimize the website, 3rd-party marketplaces, and product listings for maximum visibility and sales
Create TikTok and YouTube video content and short-form storytelling that drives engagement and conversions
Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and PR communications to targeted outlets
Identify and pursue PR opportunities, including interviews, feature stories, and influencer partnerships
Manage social media content calendars, posting schedules, and audience engagement
Design high-converting product descriptions, email newsletters, and marketing copy with strong emotional appeal
Track and analyze performance metrics across platforms and report results regularly
Collaborate with the Founder to shape brand voice, messaging, and strategic priorities
Assist with e-commerce promotions, seasonal campaigns, and digital product launches
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, e-commerce, social media, or related fields
Strong ability to write press releases, pitch media outlets, and communicate compelling stories
Knowledge of digital advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Etsy Ads, Google Ads)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects at once
Preferred
Significant experience using 3rd-party marketplaces (e.g., Etsy, TikTok Shop, eBay, Facebook Marketplace) for e-commerce marketing, optimization, and sales growth
Proven experience creating TikTok and/or YouTube content that drives brand engagement and product conversions
Graphic design, video editing, or Canva experience
Bachelor's degree
Passion for humanitarian causes, Jamaican culture, or Caribbean communities
