Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Print Department and manage production workflows
Serve as a technical leader and mentor for print teams in California & Georgia
Review layouts, proofs, and files for print accuracy and production readiness
Troubleshoot complex RIP software and print production issues
Enforce quality control standards and approve final print jobs
Maintain print room organization, equipment condition, and maintenance logs
Lead safety compliance, PPE usage, and risk prevention
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to drive consistent performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years of print production experience (large format or commercial print preferred)
Prior experience as a Print Supervisor, Lead Printer, or Production Lead
Strong knowledge of RIP software, color management, and prepress workflows
Proven leadership and team-training experience
Detail-oriented, organized, and confident under tight deadlines
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish)
Bilingual in English and Spanish
