Build deep, long‑term relationships with executive and functional leadership in your region

Serve as the primary relationship owner for their people leaders, ensuring they receive connected, consistent, high‑quality people support
Lead strategic workforce and talent planning
Partner with senior people operations leadership to shape and drive a comprehensive workforce strategy for your functions
Identify organizational gaps and opportunities, and deploy innovative people solutions that enable performance, innovation, and scalability
Lead talent management activities: identify and grow high‑potential talent, build robust succession pipelines, and align talent strategy with business needs
Use data and insights to spot trends, inform decisions, and guide programs and projects, including large‑scale initiatives such as reorganizations or divestitures
Coach, develop, and elevate leaders
Act as a coach and advisor to executive and functional leaders on workforce, talent, and organizational topics
Informally lead functional “pods” of regional business partners and people advisors to deliver initiatives for your client groups, creating solutions and resources that can scale in partnership with our centers of excellence
Support leaders with performance management and complex talent matters, offering clear, balanced guidance
Provide counsel on complex employee relations situations with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment
Drive cross‑functional people solutions
Collaborate closely with centers of excellence in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, total rewards, and diversity, equity and inclusion to design and implement solutions that address real business challenges
Align and execute people strategies, initiatives, and programs against leadership priorities, ensuring they are practical, human‑led, and grounded in our culture
Champion continuous improvement and human‑centered design in our interventions, strengthening our people‑first culture and employer brand
Own people risk, compliance, and operational excellence
Anticipate and manage people‑related risk and compliance topics in your client groups
Build resources and lead conversations that help leaders understand and navigate risk
Promote the people operations service model, helping people advisors and leaders apply our programs in a way that genuinely supports engagement, development, and retention
