Sales Development Representative (SDR) — AI SaaS & Coaching Company
Fund Launch AI is building an AI-native platform for fund creation and management. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business by engaging and qualifying inbound leads, with opportunities for rapid advancement into an Account Executive role.
Responsibilities
Rapidly contact inbound leads from webinars, funnels, paid ads, email campaigns, and automated sequences
Qualify prospects based on fit, goals, timeline, and readiness
Follow structured call, text, and email cadences to maximize contact and booking rates
Re-engage older leads with targeted outbound sequences
Follow up with webinar attendees, event registrants, and engaged leads from marketing content
Use AI tools and CRM insights to personalize outreach
Schedule high-quality sales calls for Account Executives
Ensure prospects are aligned, prepared, and show up for their appointments
Maintain strong conversion rates from booking → show-up → qualified opportunity
Update CRM records accurately after every interaction
Track activity metrics such as dials, connections, booked calls, and conversions
Use dashboards and reporting to identify bottlenecks and improve performance
Work closely with the marketing team to share insights on lead quality
Partner with AEs to refine messaging and ideal client profiles
Participate in coaching sessions to level up skills in: tonality, objection handling, messaging, and pipeline management
Leverage Fund Launch scripts, frameworks, and AI-driven tools to improve contact and booking rates
Test messaging and cadences to improve overall KPIs
Hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and booking goals
Qualification
Required

Well organized, and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and reviewed by SDR manager
