Responsibilities
Receives orders (artwork, job specifications, purchase orders, etc.) by phone, walk-ins, or from salespersons and prepares an accurate, comprehensive job ticket
Prices job from quotation, standard price list, or prices using quote program if necessary
Maintains contact with assigned customers concerning suggestions, turnaround times, and any other matters necessary during the production process
Routes proofs to customers and maintains “out for proof” job tickets. Follows up with customers and salespeople to expedite timely return of proofs
Consults with Production on how to best set up jobs to produce and provide good value to the customer
Qualification
Required
Experience in the printing, apparel, signs, or promotional products industry is a big plus
