Responsibilities

Provide hands on support for all iPads, laptops and desktops
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues locally
Support onboarding and IT provisioning for new field users
Validate application installations and file access on mobile devices
Maintain readiness of shared workspaces and conference rooms
Escalate issues appropriately and log all activities in ServiceNow
Perform minor network tasks (e.g. cable swaps, router checks, Starlink installations) as needed
Participate in team calls and feedback loops with central IT leadership
Makes day-to-day decisions on troubleshooting approach, basic hardware fixes, application installation, validation and triage of user issues. Escalates more complex infrastructure or system issues to regional or global IT teams
Receives guidance and tasking from the Director of Digital Operations. Operates independently on site with remote supervision, escalating as necessary

Required

Degree in High School Diploma/GED
2+ years IT support experience (deskside or field based)
Experienced support Apple iPads in business or field environments
Working knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic networking
Valid drivers license and ability to access rural project site daily
Comfortable working independently in rugged or outdoor settings
Safety awareness and ability to adhere to all site safety protocols
ServiceNow (for ticketing and asset management)
Office 365 and Windows endpoint environments
Basic Networking, Ethernet Cabling, Wifi Troubleshooting
iPadOS, Apple ID and device deployment protocols
Must communicate clearly with field engineers, project managers, craft personnel and multiple IT teams. Provides feedback on system performance and user issues, and documents support tasks regularly/daily
Deep familiarity with iPad support in either a field or enterprise setting
Strong understanding of user-facing device troubleshooting
Knowledge of Apple mobile tools, app installs and profile settings
Ability to support technology users with minimal supervision
Understanding of ECPM industry, and related Infrastructure & Operations Services requirements
Understanding of industry business strategies, and related Infrastructure & Operations enablement
Able to operate and function safely and responsibly in an industrial setting
Follows ALL PPE requirements and contributes to a safety-first culture
Demonstrates full commitment to all health and safety matters and provides safety leadership to project team
Satisfies all requirements of functional or project safety compliance including, where required, project site inductions
Has participated in any required HSE training such as manual handling and heavy lifting, and other office environment and housekeeping training
Is able to present safety/one-way moments to other members of the team
