Territory Account Manager
Truckworx is a leading dealer of heavy and medium-duty trucks, trailers, and school buses. They are seeking a Territory Account Manager who will cultivate and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth, identify customer needs, promote products and services, and deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth within your assigned territory
Identify customer needs
Promote Truckworx products and services
Negotiate contracts
Deliver effective solutions
Proactively pursue new business opportunities
Maintain a deep understanding of market trends
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in account management and business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
Organizational and time management abilities to handle a dynamic workload and manage multiple accounts
Proficiency in CRM software and tools for tracking leads and managing sales pipelines
A valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in the trucking, transportation, or automotive industry is a plus
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
