Responsibilities
Operate and maintain dry film application equipment, including lamination and exposure systems
Prepare and mix dry film materials according to specifications
Monitor the application process for consistency and quality control
Conduct inspections to ensure that film adhesion and exposure are within required tolerances
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or process issues
Maintain accurate records of production runs, material usage, and any quality issues
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve processes and quality
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
1 year experience in PCB manufacturing, specifically with dry film processes
1 year familiarity with photoresist materials and PCB fabrication processes
Ability to stand for 8-12 hour
Ability to lift consistently lift 25 pounds
U.S. persons eligibility as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizens, U.S. lawful permanent residents, or individuals with refugee/asylee status)
Preferred
Ability to read, write and communicate in English as needed for the position
Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed
Able to read and interpret blueprints
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
