Responsibilities
Manage, and continuously refine key operational processes, including annual/quarterly Tech Planning, the Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC), tech debt management and the central Intake system
Support and enhance portfolio management practices for visibility across TSI. Drive the cycle for setting, aligning, and tracking Product OKRs
Collaborate with and guide PMs, TPMs, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure effective adoption and adherence to planning, governance and compliance frameworks
Develop, document, and help implement standardized PMO templates, tools, and best practices to improve consistency and efficiency across TSI programs
Manage communications for planning cycles, process updates, and governance requirements. Support teams through changes and foster best practice adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
Experience in operations or change management
Experience in compliance or governance
Preferred
8 years of experience in program management in emerging technologies or related technical fields
5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Experience with Product Development Life Cycles (PDLC), OKR planning, and portfolio management
Familiarity with project/portfolio management tools and process
Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform process improvements
