Responsibilities

Auditing employee time entries and timecards
Entering payroll information to ensure accurate and timely payment
Performing clerical duties, including recordkeeping, data entry, and filing
Monitoring and managing multiple email inboxes and calendars
Handling division communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Managing and maintaining filing systems
Organizing and sorting timecards and related documents
Shredding confidential and sensitive documents
Assisting with HR liaison and onboarding duties
Performing other job-related duties as assigned
Presenting onboarding information to new hires

Required

High School Diploma, or G.E.D
Minimum of one-year general office/customer service experience
