Responsibilities
Film and produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Participate in content ideation, scripting, and creative planning aligned with brand goals
Capture behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, educational, and promotional content
Assist with directing on-camera talent and guiding shoots to ensure quality and consistency
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and messaging
Manage content delivery timelines and posting schedules
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and video best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–5+ years of experience in video production and social media content creation
Strong proficiency in video editing tools (Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
Experience filming with professional cameras and/or high-quality mobile setups
Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and short-form video formats
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling
