We are looking for motivated, client-focused attorneys who bring both skill and initiative to their practice

Qualification
Required
Ability to manage multiple matters independently and work directly with clients
A commitment to developing a strong, autonomous, and sustainable practice within the firm
Preferred
For practicing associates, a minimum of two years of litigation and/or transactional experience is preferred
For our litigation position, experience in areas such as commercial and business litigation, construction law, real estate litigation, and contract disputes
For our transactional position, experience in areas such as commercial real estate transactions, business sales and acquisitions, corporate formation and structure, securities, and tax
